አላማችን- የኢትዮጵያ ጥንታዊ ታሪኮችን በአንድ ከተማ ውስጥ አጠቃሎ ለአለም ህብረተሰብ ማስተዋወቅ፡፡
ዋነኛ ግባችን- ጥንታዊ ኪነ-ጥበብ እና ጥንታዊ ስነ ታሪክን ያቀፈች የኢትዮጵያ አዲስ ከተማ መገንባት ነው፡፡
ኖቭ የኢትዮጵያ ታሪካዊ ቦታዎችን፣ መጽሀፍቶችን፣ ቅርሶችን፣ በአንድ ላይ ሰብስቦ ለትውልድ የሚያሻግር ነገረ ኢትዮጵያዊ ፍኖቶችን ያቀፈ ልዩ ከተማ ነው፡፡
ኖቭ ከአዲሲቷ ታሪካዊ የስነ-ጥበብ ከተማ በተለያዩ አላማዎችና ንዑስ ክፍሎች ጥንታዊነትና ዘመናዊነትን አጣምራ ያቀፈች ድንቅ ከተማ ናት፡፡በዚህ ውስጥ በዋነኝነት የኖቭ ከተማ ሁነኛ ይዘት የሚከተሉት ናቸው፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ ጥንታዊ እና ታሪካዊ ቦታዎችን፣መጽሀፍቶችን እና ቅርስና ታሪኮችን ይዘታቸው ሳይቀየርና ታሪካዊነታቸውን ሳይስቱ  በአንድ ቦታ መሰብሰብ ነው፡፡
የኢትዮጵያ ጥንታዊ የታሪክና የሀይማኖት መገልገያ ቁሶች እንዲሁም የተለያዩ ብሔር ብሔረሰቦችን ቱፊትና ታሪክ ከዚህ ከተማ ውስጥ በአንድ ቦታ ላይ ይዘቱን ሳይቀይር ማስቀመጥ እና ለዓለም ማስተዋወቅ አልፎም ለትውልድ ማሸጋገር፡፡
የጠፉ የታሪክ ግብዓቶችን በመረጃ በማስደገፍ በፊት እንደነበሩት አስመስሎ በመስራትና ለቀጣይ ትውልድ መማሪያና መመራመሪያ ሆነው እንዲቆዩ ጠብቆ ማቆየት፡፡

WELCOME TO OUR THE NEW HISTORICAL CITY IN ETHIOPIA this is the great one history & ART The master plan is formed around existing waterways that complement green spaces and provide sample opportunities for waterside activities and new forms of recreation, as well as the accommodation of alternative hydro-electric water-based transportation. The diverse patch work of green scape, hard scape, and water features provides a compelling and picturesque ethiopian ecology that is strategically sensitive to the needs of pedestrians and cyclists to efficiently commute between various zones of the site. The ANJEL MIRO design provides a high standard of sustainable design by formally responding to key aspects of the natural context, rendering the master plan a harmonious combination of human-oriented functionality and ecological sensitivity.
